Cinema Limited Ireland (DCLI) provides a digital film distribution service to
Irish cinemas which facilitates the transition from traditional celluloid film
to state of the art digital movies.
DCLI supplies the necessary equipment to studios and cinemas to edit, package,
send, receive and play digital movies.
Cost
Benefit and Quality Enhancement
The time consuming,
labour-intensive process of making prints, delivering and then screening them
has not fundamentally changed for over 100 years.
Digital
distribution will remove much of the cost associated with this process while
providing incremental revenue opportunities and improving print quality.
